Please allow 2–15 days for us to craft your personalized wooden gift. (This time frame does not include shipping.) If you need your order completed sooner, please contact us at info@wordswithwood.com.
We do not list prices on our packing slips.
Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

Personalized Orders
All personalized items are custom-made and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part. If you receive an incorrect personalization, please contact us and we’ll promptly resolve it.
Non-Personalized Orders
Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Refunds exclude shipping; “FREE Shipping” orders incur a 20% restocking fee.
