Shipping
All orders, including custom wood gifts, are typically processed and shipped within 2–15 days of purchase. Please note that if customers request a custom design or proof during order processing, there may be a delay of up to 5 days.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $99, typically delivering within 10-20 days. However, for faster delivery, we provide the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. We strongly recommend considering upgraded shipping, especially during peak seasons like holidays, to avoid any unexpected delays.
International Orders
International shipping rates vary by region. Please check the shipping costs and delivery speeds at checkout.

Standard international shipping to the U.S., Canada, and Europe typically takes 4-15 business days, and to other parts of the world, it may take 8-15 business days.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery. Potential customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost.
Proof Orders
If you requested a design proof for your custom order, we will contact you via email before your item is completed and shipped. Please note that if we do not receive a response regarding the proof, we may process and ship your order within 72 hours without approval. Generally, orders involving proof requests may experience a delay of 1-3 business days.
Rush Processing
Orders that request rush processing before 12pm (UK time) will be processed and shipped the same day. However, if you requested a design proof with the rush processing, the order may not ship the same day due to the extra work and waiting time involved. Additionally, orders involving complex recipe cleanup, custom design artwork (e.g., a logo cutting board without necessary engraving files), or quantities over 20 will generally ship the following day. In these cases, rush processing prioritizes immediate attention to ensure faster completion compared to non-prioritized orders.
Modifying an Order After Placement
If you need to make adjustments after placing your order—such as changing personalized details, updating your shipping address, or canceling the order—please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but once an order enters production, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order.
